摘　　要：社会公平正义是社会和谐的基本条件,社群主义公平正义观中对正义的历史性和道德基础的论证是建设社会主义和谐社会可资借鉴的思想资源;但是,自马克思主义视域观之,又存在着历史局限性。所以,我们构建社会主义和谐社会必须从现实经济状况出发,切实保障人民群众的经济利益,只有这样,才能使社会主义和谐社会的公平正义真正落到实处。Abstract： Social equity and justice is the basic condition of social harmony, Community justice concept in the doctrine of justice based on the historical and moral arguments for building a socialist harmonious society, which could be used as reference resources; However, since the Marxist view of the horizon, also there are historical limitations. Therefore, Our socialist harmonious society must proceed from the realities of the economic situation and earnestly safeguard the people＇s economic interests, It is only way to make a socialist harmonious society that fairness and justice is truly implemented.
