摘 要:为了采用大通径精密复合滤砂管完井技术,最大限度解放油层,增加油层的泄油面积,胜利油田部署了沾18-支平1水平分支井,这是胜利油田首口稠油热采水平分支井。稠油热采鱼骨状水平分支井钻井工艺比较特殊,对钻井液和完井液性能也有较高的要求,为此,在分析稠油热采鱼骨状水平分支井技术难点的基础上,对该井井身结构、钻进方式、裸眼侧钻、钻具组合、钻井液及完井液和施工效果等进行了详细的论述,该井的成功为胜利油田稠油热采水平分支井技术积累了宝贵的经验。For the purpose of using large-diameter precision composite sand filtrate tube completion technology to liberate reservoir and increase drainage area as much as possible,a well Z18-ZP1 was deployed in Shengli oilfield. It's the first heavy oil thermal recovery horizontal branch well in Shenglioilfield. Heavy oil thermal recovery fish-bone shaped horizontal branch well drilling technique has special drilling technology and higher requirement for drilling fluid and completion fluid. Based on the analysis of technology difficulty,this paper has discussed in detail the well structure,drillingmode,open-hole sidetracking,bottom hole assembly,drilling fluid,completion fluid and application effects of well Z18-ZP1. The success of Z18-ZP1 has accumulated valua-ble experience for heavy oil thermal recovery horizontal branch well technology in shengli oilfield.
