摘 要:泌浅10区是河南油田稠油开发由蒸汽吞吐转蒸汽驱的第一个整体区块,该区块油层埋藏浅、胶结疏松,纵向及平面上非均质性严重等因素,经过多年的高强度蒸汽吞吐,汽窜变得更加频繁,严重制约了开发方式的转换。同时由于河南油田稠油油藏夹层薄,不易机械卡封,普通调剖堵窜在封堵汽窜通道的同时又极易污染中低渗透层。为此研究了整体调剖堵窜技术,该技术利用颗粒堵剂架桥原理,通过优化施工工艺,对中低渗透层进行暂堵保护,在地层深部对高渗透汽窜通道进行封堵,从而启动潜力层。通过对堵剂的配方优化、性能评价、配伍性研究等,设计了适合该区块的堵剂配方、施工参数及施工工艺,通过现场实施,取得了较好的效果。BQ 10 block is the first integrated block transferred from steam stimulation to steam drive in Henan heavy oil de-velopment,the block reservoir is buried in shallow,with cemented loose,vertical and plane heterogeneity and other fac-tors. After years of high-strength steam stimulation,steam channeling become more frequent,which severely constrained the development mode conversion. At the same time,due to heavy oil reservoir in Henan oilfield laminated thin and difficult to use mechanical block and seal,generalprofile control block in the block steam channeling is vulnerable to pollute the low permeability layers. This paper study the overall profile plugging channeling technology,which use particle plugging agent bridge principle,through the optimi-zation of construction technology,making temporary blocking protection in mid-low permeability layer and blocking high permeability steam channeling in deep formation,which thereby start the potential layer. According to the study of plugging agent formula optimization,performance evalua-tion,compatibility etc. ,the blocking agent formulations,construction parameters and technology suitable for the block has been designed. On-site implementation has achieved good results.
