摘　　要：企业廉洁文化的一个重要作用是可以节省交易成本。在廉洁文化建设中,企业可以通过制定奖惩制度、促进合作与信任、节约信息费用等措施来节省交易成本。构建企业廉洁文化要做好制度建设、加强引导和督导、事先预防等三方面的工作。One of the important roles of an enterprise＇s integrity and honesty culture is saving transaction cost. The enterprise can save transaction cost through establishing reward and punishment system, promoting cooperation and trust and saving information fee in the construction of its integrity and honesty culture. Three aspects of work, namely system construction, leading strengthening and supervising and prevention in advance, need to be done well if an enterprise wants to build its integrity and honesty culture.
