加味建瓴汤治疗出血性鼻窦炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味建瓴汤治疗出血性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法将46例出血性鼻窦炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用加味建瓴汤煎剂内服,上颌窦穿刺灌注,鼻腔点滴,内外相结合的方法治疗。对照组采用阿奇霉素、血凝酶、裸花紫珠片等连续治疗。结果对照组总有效率为60%,治疗组为78%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论加味建瓴汤内服外治法治疗出血性鼻窦炎简便实用,易被患者接受,且有止血化瘀、促进窦腔的病变吸收等作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Jianling Tang on hemorrhagic nasosinusitis. Methods 46 cases of hemorrhagic nasosinusitis were randomized into treatment group and control group. In treatment group,the cases were treated by the integration of internal and external applications, named oral administration of modified Jianling Tang, maxillary sinus puncture perfusion and nasal drip. In control group, the cases were treated continuously with azithromycin, hemocoagulase, callicarpa nudiflora tablets, etc. Results The total effective rate was 60% in control group and was 78% in treatment group, indicating significant difference in comparison between two groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The integration internal and external therapy with modified Jianling Tang involved is simple and practical in treatment of hemorrhagic nasosinusitis. This therapy is acceptable easily by the patients and acts on stopping bleeding,resolving stasis,promoting the absorption of sinus disorder,etc.
