摘　　要：目的观察平衡针疗法治疗偏头痛的临床疗效及对患者血流变学的影响。方法对50例偏头痛患者采用平衡针疗法治疗,观察治疗效果及患者血流变学治疗前后变化情况。结果50例患者经治疗后,治愈38例,显效10例,有效1例,总有效率为98.0%,偏头痛患者治疗后血液流变学各项指标均明显低于治疗前,具有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论平衡针疗法是一种新兴的特色疗法,该疗法具有取穴少、见效快等特点,可有效地治疗偏头痛。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of balance acupuncture on migraine and the impacts on hemorheology. Methods 50 cases of migraine were treated by balance acupuncture. The efficacy and changes in hemorheology were observed before and after treatment. Results Of 50 cases, after treatment,38 cases were cured,10 cases effective markedly and 1 case effective. The total effective rate was 98. 0%. The indexes of hemorheology after treatment for migraine patients were lower apparently than those before treatment, indicating significant difference （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Balance acupuncture is a novel specific therapy, characterized as few acupoints selected and quicker effect achieved. It can cure migraine effectively.
