生脉注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察生脉注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法将临床确诊的病毒性心肌炎患者160例随机分为两组,对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组给予中药生脉注射液常规治疗。结果两组患者临床表现、心电图、心肌酶变化比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组综合疗效优于对照组。结论生脉注射液对病毒性心肌炎治疗的临床疗效确切,与单纯应用能量合剂或极化液相比,加用生脉注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎能够产生更好的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of shengmai injection on viral myocarditis. Methods 160 cases of viral myocarditis diagnosed in clinic were randomized into two groups. In control group, conventional therapy of western medicine was administered. In treatment group, conventional therapy of Chinese medicine, shengmai injection was administered. Results Significant differences presented in clinical manifestations, ECG and myocardial enzyme in comparison between two groups （ P 〈 0, 05 ）. The comprehensive efficacy in treatment group was superior to that in control group. Conclusion Shenmai injection has achieved the clinical efficacy on viral myocarditis definitely. Compared with simple application of energy mixture or polarization liquid, the supplementation of shengmai injection can achieve better efficacy on viral myocarditis.
