仕泰栓联合宫术宁用于人工流产镇痛的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨仕泰栓、宫术宁联合应用在人工流产中的镇痛效果。方法:将2008年1月～2009年3月本院妇科门诊就诊自愿要求人流的初孕妇、无经阴分娩史、无流产史的剖宫产后孕妇300例随机平均分为三组,仕泰栓联合宫术宁100例为观察组(A组);阴道放置米索前列醇100例为对照组Ⅰ(B组);利多卡因宫颈局部麻醉100例为对照组Ⅱ(C组)。观察比较三组术中镇痛效果,宫颈松弛程度,出血量及人流综合征的发生率。结果:A组镇痛、宫颈松弛效果明显,与B、C组相比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;术中出血量A组与B组相比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,但A、B两组均明显少于C组,P<0.05;A组人工流产综合征发生率为0,明显低于B、C两组,P<0.05。结论:仕泰栓联合宫术宁用于人工流产,镇痛效果好,并发症发生率低,值得在临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the combination use compound naproxen suppositories and Gongshuning glue stick for artificial abortion analgesia.Methods： 300 patients who were primipara or cesarean expectant mother without artificial abortion and vaginal delivery.Those patients were equally randomized into three groups：100 patients received combination use compound naproxen suppositories and Gongshuning glue stick as treatment group （A group）;100 patients received vagi nal misoprostol as control goup l （B group）;100 patients received lidocaine local cervix anesthesia as control group II （C group）. Analgesia effect, cervical relaxation degree,blood loss and abortion syndrome rate were compared between three groups. Results： There were statistical significance for analgesia effect and cervical relaxation degree between A group with B or C group （P〈0.05）.Blood loss had no difference between A and B group,P〉0.05,but was lower than C group （P〈0.05）. The abortion syndrome rate in A group was zero and had statistical significance as compared to B and C group .Conclusion： Combination use compound naproxen suppositories with Gongshuning glue stick for artificial abortion analgesia is more effective and has lower complications,so it is worthy for clinical application.
