摘　　要：目的:探讨一种新的皮瓣移植术,提高手热压伤骨外露皮瓣成活率,促进手功能恢复。方法:本科近年来采用髂腰部皮瓣治疗临床27例手热压伤骨外露患者,回顾分析其手术方法和效果。结果:髂腰部皮瓣较其他皮瓣有很多优点,成活率大,27例患者中1例成活70%,26例成活100%。结论:用髂腰部皮瓣修复手热压伤骨外露创面,可取得满意效果。Objective： To investigate a new rotation flap transplantation which could improve the survival ratio of rotation flap that was transplanted bone exposed of hand hot crush injury,at the same time,which cold improve the recovery of the function of hand. Methods：In the recent years,iliac rotation flap were transplanted to hand wound in 27 patients with hot crush injury in our departnent, the operation methods and results were retrospected and analysed. Results： Iliac rotation flap had more advantages than other rotation flap,the clinical transplantation was performed on 27 patients,the surrival ratio of a case was 70% ,the remains were 100%.Conclusion： By transplantation of iliac rotation flap, many patients with hand hot crush injury are satisfied with the results,thelr wounds can restore well.
