摘 要:针对矢量控制下感应电机最大效率控制系统中由于调整磁链而引起的励磁互感变化问题,基于模型参考自适应(model reference adaptive system,MRAS)提出一种励磁互感在线辨识新方法。该方法采用一种特殊形式函数,将该函数同时建立在2种不同的参考坐标系下,分别作为MRAS的参考模型和可调模型,同时利用稳态电磁转矩并将其作为已知量,实现了对感应电机励磁互感的在线辨识。所建立的MRAS模型与矢量控制中的转子磁链定向角无关,对电机参数有着很强的鲁棒性。系统易于实现,仅需检测定子电流,无需增加硬件设备。实验结果验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。In an induction motor maximum efficiency control system based on vector control, variation of mutual inductance resulted from the magnetizing flux adjustment is a problem to be solved. This paper proposed, based on model reference adaptive system (MRAS), a novel method for on-line identification of the induction motor mutual inductance. Special functions established in different reference frames served as the reference model and the adjustable model of MRAS, and the steady-state electric torque considering to be known and thereby employed to achieve on-line identification of the induction motor mutual inductance. The established MRAS models are independent of the rotor flux orientation angle of vector control and robust to motor parameters. The control system is easy to implement due to only stator current is in need, and no additional hardware is required. Experimental results show that the proposed method is correct and effective.
