摘 要:建立110MW空内冷汽轮发电机转子冷却通风道一个槽(包括端部、轴径向及副槽)的半轴向段三维物理模型,并基于有限体积法对该物理模型进行旋转湍流流场数值模拟,分析了端部、轴向段和副槽通风段的空气速度、流量分布特点。采用绕组轴向单位长度供风量等概念评价冷却风量分布均匀性,分析了轴向及副槽通风段长度、副槽中心截面高度、出风口直径变化对转子各通风道风量分布的影响。结论可为空内冷汽轮发电机转子风道优化设计提供理论参考。Physical model of three-dimensional half axis rotor of 110 MW air inner-cooled turbo-generator was established, which included the rotor end, axial ventilation ducts and sub slot ventilation ducts. The rotating turbulence flow field was simulated numerically based on the fmite volume method. The air velocity and flow rate distribution characteristics of the rotor end, axial ventilation ducts and sub slot ventilation ducts were analyzed. The air flow rate per unit length of windings was presented to evaluate the distribution uniformity of cooling air volume. The analysis of effect of variable structures, such as the length of axial ventilation and sub slot ventilation, the mid section height of sub slot and outlet diameter, on the distribution of air mass flow rate was conducted. The conclusion will provide theoretical references for optimization design of rotor ducts.
