论用"以人为本"理念淡化高校教育中的"官本位"

摘　　要：高校是培养高级专业人才的教育和学术机构，大学存在和发展的本质就在于培养人才。然而近年来高校官本位的倾向却越来明显,背离了高校的主旨与意义所在。造成了师资的浮躁和学术的异化，影响了大学生学术的发展与潜力的发掘。为克服官本位带来的这种不良影响．应采取”以人为本”的理念，运用到高校中就是落实”以学生为本”的方法论，更好地完成高校培养人才的神圣使命。The university is the trained high-level professional＇s education and the academic organization, the university existence and the development essence lies in fosters the talent. However the recent years university officialdom standard＇s tendency actually more came obviously, has departed from university＇s primary intention and the significance is. Has created the teachers impetuous and the academic disassimilation, has affected university student＇s academic development and the potential excavation. In order to overcome this kind of adverse effect which the officialdom standard brings, should adopt ＂humanist＂ the idea, utilizes in the university carries out ＂take the student as the book＂ the methodology, completes the university to foster talent＇s sacred missions well.
