三维正脊治疗加薄氏腹针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 观察三维正脊治疗加薄氏腹针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的机理、疗效及安全性。方法 103例腰椎间盘突出症患者分成两纽，治疗组（53例）：三维正脊疗法配合薄氏腹针治疗；对照组（50例）：腰椎牵引配合西乐保药物治疗。结果 治疗组有效率94．34％，显效率迭84．91％，对照组有效率为86％，显效率为62％。结论 治疗组疗效满意，方法简单，无需手术，且安全性高，值得规范推广。Objective To observe the action,efficacy and safety of three dimensional rectification apparatus and abdominal acupuncture of bo＇s treatment for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods 103 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group （53 cases）： three-dimensional main ridge of the Canadian book＇s abdominal acupuncture treatment; the control group （50 cases）： lumbar traction with Western music, Paul drug treatment.Results The treatment group was 94.3%, significantly effective rate was 84.91%; the control group was 86%, markedly effective rate of 62%.Conclusion Efficacy of the treatment group satisfied method is simple, without surgery, and high security, should be standardized to promote.
