长托宁联合血液灌流治疗重度有机磷农药中毒的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察长托宁（盐酸戊乙奎醚）注射液联合血液灌流（HP）治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效。方法 选择我院急诊科2007年8月-2008年12月收治的重度急性有机磷中毒患者110例为研究对象，分为A、B、C组。A组应用阿托品联合氯磷定治疗，B组应用长托宁联合氯磷定治疗，c组应用长托宁联合HP及氯磷定治疗，治疗结束后对三组给药次数总用量、ChE复常时间、住院日、死亡率、中间综合症发生率进行统计学分析。结果 三组相比，C组给药次数、药物用量、ChE复常时间及住院时间最少或最短。结论 长托宁联合HP在治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒中明显优于仅用阿托品或长托宁，值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Changtuoning （Penehyclidine Hydrochloride Injection） combined with hemoperfusion （HP）to treat severe organophosphorus insecticides poisoning.Methods 110 patients of severe organophosphorus poisoning in the department of emergency of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from Aug,2007 to Dec,2008,were selected and randomly divided into A,B,C group.A group was treated by atropine combined with pyraloxime methylchloride, B group was treated by changtuoning combined with pyraloxime methylchloride,C group was treated by changtuoning combined with hemoperfusion and pyraloxime methylchloride. After the treatment, we statistically analyse the total Volume of delivery times,the recovery time of cholinesterase,the length of stay,the mortality,the incidence of intermediate syndrome of the three groups. Results Compared of the three groups,the total volume of delivery times,the recovery time of eholinesterase,the length of stay,the mortality, the incidence of intermediate syndrome of C group was the least or the shortesto Conclusions In the treatment of severe organophosphorus insecticides poisoning,changxiaotuoning combined with hemoperfusion was significantly better than only atropine or changtuoningo It is worth promoting changtuoning combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment.
