摘　　要：目的 探讨解决新生儿全麻手术后的疼痛护理。方法 对我院120例采用吗啡持续缓慢静脉滴注的方法止痛效果护理观察总结。结果 通过近十年的临床观察，发现静脉滴注吗啡止痛效果明显，用药量少。避免了术后剧烈疼痛而产生的不良反应，提高了病人休息质量。结论 新生儿外科手术后采用持续缓慢静滴注吗啡预防性用药是一种有效，适用的止痛方法，有利于术后的护理。Objective To solve the neonatal anesthesia issue of post-ol~erative pain.
