升麻甘草汤解毒作用的实验研究

摘　　要：升麻甘草汤（由升麻、甘草组成）为临床治疗感染性疾病的经验方。为探讨其解毒作用机制，观察了其对内毒素合Ｄ－氨基半乳糖（Ｄ－ＧＡＬＮ）攻击的保护作用。结果表明：升麻甘草汤可降低该模型小鼠的死亡率，并有效改善症状及减少肝脏损伤。Shengma Gancao decoction (SGD) is a practical formula indicated for infectious diseases.The mouse model was established with intraperitoneal injection of endotoxin and D_galactosamine to explore the detoxifying mechanism of SGD.The results showed that the mortality and the damage of liver in mouse model decreased,and the symptoms were improved.It is indicated that the detoxifying mechanism of SGD may be related to the decrease of TNF_α level.
