辛凉解表法的再认识

摘　　要：辛凉解表法是温病大师叶天士和吴鞠通倡导的治疗肺卫表证的法则。主张上焦温病初起，邪热在肺，尚未化火，宜用辛凉轻透之品，不主张用苦寒药物。后世医家对此有争议。本文认为辛凉解表法应具有辛凉发散、清热解毒和清热泻火的内涵，并提出了辛凉与寒凉（苦寒）药合用治疗外感风热表卫证的必要性。Relieving the exterior syndrome with pungent-cool drugs was a therapeutical method for exterior syndrome at lung Weifen phase which was founded by masters of Ye Tianshi and Wu Jutong.Pungent-cool drugs were applied during the treatment while bitter-cold drugs should not be used. And practitioners of later generations disputed this all the time. In this article, it is proposed that the method of relieving exterior syndrome with pungent-cool drugs should also include clearing away heat and toxic material,and clearing heat and purging fire. So, the combination of pungent-cool drugs and bitter-cool drugs is advisable for treating wind-heat exterior syndrome at Weifen phase.
