摘 要:研制了一种带中心抽头的一体化开放式结构的新型高频功率变压器。变压器结构将散热器、变压器与整流桥设计为一体,使得变压器副边及输出整流电路的结构非常简洁紧凑,变压器制作容易,散热与密封性能好,可用于电镀与电解加工设备的电源中。本文对变压器的结构设计、磁芯材料的选择、磁芯与线圈的参数和结构及绕制工艺等要素进行详细介绍。实践表明,该新型一体化开放式高频功率变压器可以成功地应用在1000A大功率软开关逆变式电镀与电解电源中。In this paper, a novel high frequency power transformer of open integrated structure with the central-tapped was researched. In this novel transformer, the radiator, transformer and rectifier were designed as a whole. By this design, the structures of the transformer vice-side and the output rectifying circuit are simple. And the transformer is easy to machining with good heat dispersing and airtightness performance. So this transformer can be used in the power supply of electroplating and electrochemical equipment. In this paper the transformer structure design, the choice for core magnetic materials, the structure and parameters of core magnetic and coil, and the winding technology were particularly introduced. It is proved that the novel high frequency power transformer can be applied on eleetroplating and electrochemical inverter of 1000A soft-switching successfully.
