摘 要:对包括拉曼散射和三阶色散(Third-order dispersion,TOD)效应在内的超短光孤子脉冲传输特性分析的基础上,通过数值模拟、分析、拟合得出了TOD效应引起的孤子自频移量与距离(Z)、脉冲宽度(T_0)和参量β_3之间的量化关系。完善了以前只考虑拉曼散射效应的孤子频移量的计算公式。对孤子自频移引起的脉冲延时进行了研究.研究结果表明由TOD效应引起的孤子频移量△ω_(TOD)=KT_0^(-7)Z^(5/2)β_3^(4/5),孤子总的脉冲延时量△τ=k_1Z^2,由TOD效应引起的孤子脉冲延时△τ_(TOD)=k_2β_3。该结果为研究基于飞秒量级的高速光开关有重要意义。Based on analysis of the characteristics of ultrashort optical soliton, influences of third-order dispersion (TOD) and Raman scattering were taken into account. The relationships between △ωTOD and T0, Z,β3 were obtained by using the numerical simulation method, analysis method and fitting method. It improves the self-frequency shifting formula which considered Raman scattering only. The volume of the pulse delay caused by the self-frequency shifting was also studied. The result indicates that the amount frequency shifting caused by TOD is △ωTOD=kT0^-7Z^5/2β3^4/5, the amount pulse delay is △τ=k1Z^2, the pulse delay caused by TOD is △τTOD=k2β3. This result is very important for the high-speed optical switch.
