摘　　要：目的:对产后抑郁患者由医护人员实施为期4～6周的心理干预,并评价其效果。方法:将68例产后抑郁患者随机分成对照组和干预组各34例,对照组接受一般性出院指导和常规家庭访视,干预组除接受常规产后指导外,同时接受4～6周的心理干预。干预期间的第2周末第4周末、第6周末对两组产妇进行抑郁自评量表(SDS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)测定并比较两组产妇的SDS和SCL-90分值。结果:干预组患者SDS分值的降低幅度均较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),SCL-90各分量表中干预组分值显著低于对照组,两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:由社区医护人员建立院外心理干预模式能有效改善产妇在产褥期的抑郁情绪,减少产后抑郁症的发生。Objective ：To implement 4 to 6 weeks mental intervention by medical personnel to women suffers with depression in postnatal period , then evaluate the effect. Methods：68 cases were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,34 patients in each group, the patients in control group accepted general hospital discharge instruction and the normal regulational family visit, intervention group in addition to accept normal postnatal period instruction, accepted mental intervention for 4 to 6 weeks. Two groups of pregnant woman were evaluated by SDS and SCL - 90 in period of intervention of the 2rid weekend, the 4th weekend, the 6th weekend. Results： The scores of SDS in intervention group are lower range than the ones in control group, there was significant difference in the two groups（P 〈 0.001 ） ,the scores of all SCL- 90 subscale in intervention group were lower than the in control group, there was also significant difference in the two groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Out of the hospital mental intervention mode by medical personnel fi＇om community could improve the depression of pregnant woman at childbed period, help them pass through the depression stage of postnatal period and decrease the occurrence of postnatal depression.
