摘　　要：目的:探讨建立宫颈癌患者情感宣泄空间对其生活质量的影响。方法:观察在我院治疗的宫颈鳞癌患者40例,在建立情感宣泄空间前后焦虑、抑郁、睡眠情况的变化。结果:经过疏通宣泄途径、建立宣泄空间,患者在焦虑、抑郁、睡眠方面有很大改变(P(0.05)。结论:建立宫颈癌患者情感宣泄空间能有效降低患者的心理压力,提高其生活质量。Objective： Study of the effect of the quality of life on build emotional catharsis space for cervical cancer patients. Methods ：To observe the change of anxiety, depression and sleep conditions before and after build emotional catharsis space for 40 cervical cancer patients. Results：There were large change in anxiety, depression and sleep conditions after build emotional catharsis space（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： To build emotional catharsis space for cervical cancer patients could reduce patient＇ s psychological pressure and improve their quality of life.
