摘　　要：回顾外科重症监护病房(SICU)气管插管病人中非计划性拔管病人的护理15例,发现非计划性拔管的发生与插管方式的选择,缺乏有效的固定,未采取适当的肢体约束措施,镇静效果不佳以及医疗护理操作不当等因素有关。针对这些因素,采取相应有效的护理措施,有利于减少非计划性拔管的发生。To analysis the reasons of unplanned extubation of 15 patients with tracheal cannulain surgery intensive care unit ,the unplanned extubation factors included intubation method, the lack of effective fixed, not physically bound to take appropriate measures, sedative effect of poor and improper medical care. In view of these factors taking appropriate and effective care measures will help to reduce ineidence unplanned extubation.
