护理干预在动态轮廓眼压计测量中的应用

摘　　要：目的:提高动态轮廓眼压计眼压测量值的准确性。方法:70例患者(140眼)用动态轮廓眼压计测量眼压,同时给予护理干预。结果:动态轮廓眼压计眼压测量值13例显示偏差较大,分析其原因与患者不能配合、角膜表面干燥、角膜表面泪液过多及角膜表面不规则等因素相关。经过采取护理干预措施矫正了不正确的结果。结论:动态轮廓眼压计由于其接触性的测量可受一定的因素影响,但是可以通过相应的护理干预来确保其准确性。Objective： To improve the veracity of dynamic contour tonometry intraneular pressure reading. Methods ： Measure the intraocular pressure of 70 patients （ 140 eyes） by dynamic contour tonometry and use comprehensive nursing at the same time, Results： 13 cases of dynamic contour tonometry intraocular pressure reading are deviated from normal. The reasons were as follow ： the patients do not cooperate ; the surface of patients＇ cornea was too dry or too wet ; the cornea is of irregular shape and so on. After comprehensive nursing, we successfully rectify the inaccurate results. Conclusion ：The measure value of CT was effected by several factors, comprehensive nursing can improve the veracity of dynamic contour tonometry intraecular pressure reading.
