摘　　要：极限编程是1种轻量级的开发方式,适用于在开发软件过程中面对模糊或者快速多变需求的中小规模团队。本文通过介绍极限编程的实现价值、原则和实践周期模型,探讨了其在二手房交易系统项目开发中的应用,实践证明此方法效果良好。Extreme Programming is a lightweight development methods tbr software development process in the face of vague or rapidly changing needs of small and medium size team. This paper describes the realization of extreme programming values, principles and practices - cycle model to explore its application to the secondhand house trading system project development, and this method is proved good results.
