摘  要:针对2008年以来秦京输油管道低输量输送冀东原油的运行需求,以冀东原油基本物性参数为基础,研究了热处理温度对冀东原油低温流变特性的影响,筛选了改性效果最佳的降凝剂,确定了加剂浓度和热处理温度,制定了秦京输油管道输送冀东原油(输量为280×104t/a)的运行方案。根据原油流动能量耗散理论,利用加剂原油凝点预测数学模型,预测了加剂冀东原油管输过程中地温显著变化时的凝点变化情况。In allusion to the running demand of low throughput transportation for Qinhuangdao-Beijing Oil Pipeline to transport Jidong Crude Oil since 2008,influence of heating treatment temperature on the rheological property at low temperature for Jidong Crude Oil is researched based on basic physical property parameters of Jidong Crude Oil,the PPD with best modified effect is selected,PPD injection concentration and heating treatment temperature are determined,and running scheme for Qinhuangdao-Beijing Oil Pipeline transporting Jidong Crude Oil is drawn up.On the basis of energy dissipation theory for crude oil flow,set point variation circumstance for PPD-injected Jidong Crude Oil during transportation is predicted at significant change ground temperature by means of set point prediction's mathematical model for PPD-injected crude oil.
