中药889对人白血病粒细胞、肝癌和绿猴肾细胞生长的影响

摘　　要：目的：为了探讨中药８８９对体外培养的癌细胞的影响。方法：我们观察了该药对人白血病粒细胞（Ｋ５６２）、肝癌细胞（Ｈｅｐｅｒ）和绿猴肾细胞（Ｖｅｒｓｅｎｓ，为正常细胞）生长的影响。结果：浓度在２０．８３～４１．６７μｇ／ｍｌ、作用时间为２４～４８ｈ时，Ｋ５６２细胞死亡率和抑制率分别为８０．６７～６８．３３％和８６．２７～７０．１０％；Ｈｅｐｅｒ细胞抑制率为６０．９８～７５．９４％，与空白对照组相比，Ｐ＜０．０５和０．０１，而对Ｖｅｒｓｅｎｓ细胞生长无影响。Objective\ We studed that effect of garlic oil on generative activity of carcinoma cells.Methods\ The K562 cells,Heper cells and normal Versens cells incubated in vitro.Results\ It has been showed that generative activity of K562 cells and Heper cells were inhibited by garlic oil,but normal Versens cells didn't be inhibited.Under phase microscopy there are a lot of granules in K562 cells and Heper cells,and these cells have a irregular out line after injecting garlic oil 10.42μg/ml.In 41.67μg/mlgroup the Heper cells droped from glass well and vasculation in cytoplasm of Heper cells,the amounts of breaked and the mortality rate was 24～82.75%,and the restraint rate was 75.94～92.85%,P<0.01(at 48h,41.67 ug/ml).The K562 cell's mortality rate >68.33% and restraint>70.10%,P<0.01(at 2h).Using same content of garlic oil the normal Versens cells didn’t be affected. Conclusion \ The valuable constituents of garlic oil could be allyl sulfids,it could be to affect on DNA and RNA of carcinoma cells.Then generation activity of different carcinoma cells were inhibited.
