滋阴清热小复方对MRL/lpr狼疮鼠影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察滋阴清热小复方对MRL/lpr狼疮鼠的影响。方法:将40只MRL/lpr狼疮模型鼠随机分为4组,即模型对照组、滋阴狼疮方治疗组、强的松治疗组、滋阴清热复方+强的松治疗组,每组10只,分别给予生理盐水、中药滋阴清热复方、强的松悬液、滋阴清热复方+强的松悬液灌胃治疗10周。正常组:选用昆明种小鼠10只,生理盐水灌胃。均每日1次,每次0.5ml,连续用药饲养10周后,取血及肾脏标本。结果:与对照组相比,各治疗组动物死亡率、24h尿蛋白含量、血清抗-dsDNA水平、肾脏病理均有不同程度改善,以中西医结合治疗组最为明显。结论:中药滋阴清热复方及西药强的松对狼疮鼠模型均有良好的治疗作用,尤以中西医结合治疗效果最好。Objective： To investigate the effect of Compound Ziyin Qingre Prescription on MRL/lpr lupus mice. Methods： 40 MRL/lpr lupus model mice were randomly divided into four groups, namely, model control group, treatment group with Ziyin Langchuang Prescription, predniSone2treated group, treatment group with Compound Ziyin Qingre Prescription and prednisone. 10 mice in each group were respectively given gavage of normal saline, Compound Ziyin Qingre Prescription, suspension prednisune, Compound Ziyin Qingre Prescription together with suspension prednisone for 10 weeks. Normal group： 10 Kunming mice were. chosen to give gavage of saline, once a day, each 0.5 ml. The blood and kidney samples were chosen after 10 weeks of continuous drug feeding. Results： Compared with the control group, animal mortality, 24 h urine protein content, serum anti-dsDNA levels, renal pathology of each treatment group had different degrees of improvement, it was most obvious for the treatment group with combined Chinese and Western medicine. Conclusion： The traditional Chinese medicine Compound Ziyin Qingre Prescription and Western medicine prednisone have good therapeutic effects on the mouse model of lupus, especially the combined Chinese and Western medicine has the best therapeutic effect.
