摘　　要：详细分析了大眼窗面罩罩体结构特点,在此基础上进行了罩体橡胶注射模设计,并详细介绍了模具分型面选择、浇注系统设计、滑块与活块设计等。The structural features of the body of a respirator with one-piece visor was analyzed and based on it, an injection mould for the rubber body was develoPed. A discussion was made on the selection of parting surface, design of gating system, slide and movable blocks.
