摘 要:对同轴射流的套筒喷枪和交叉射流的斜插喷枪的流动特性进行了分析和对比。在COREX喷煤模拟燃烧炉内,对两种喷枪进行了喷煤试验。通过比较不同参数条件下喷吹煤粉的利用率,发现套筒式喷枪的效果要优于斜插冷却喷煤管喷枪。其原因是相同流速和流量条件下,同轴射流比交叉射流的行程要长,即煤粉与氧接触的时间长,因此套筒式喷枪有利于煤粉燃烧。The flow characteristics of coaxial jet sleeve lance and cross -jet slanted lance were investigated. The pulverized coal injection experiments with these two lances were made in the COREX coal injection simulated combustion furnace. According to comparison of coal utilization rates under different parameter conditions, proved that the effect of sleeve - type lance is better than the one with slanted cooling coal injection tube. The reason is that the jet distance by coax/a/jets is longer than by of cross - jet under the same velocity and flow, the time of pulverized coal contacts with oxygen in coaxial jets process is longer than by cross - jet. Therefore, sleeve - type lance is suitable to coal combustion.
