摘　　要：典型的通信网一般由多个业务网络组成,网络出现故障时,经常会在全网引起告警风暴的发生。为了在大量告警中准确诊断和定位故障,本文基于D rools规则引擎,设计并实现了一个故障自动诊断系统和规则维护平台。该系统在朔黄铁路通信网综合管理系统中得到应用。现场运行结果表明,系统在光缆中断等重大故障诊断上准确率达到90%以上。A typical communication network consists of several service networks, Network faults often lead alarm storms in the whole network. To locate and diagnose faults in a great lot of alarms, an automatic fault diagnosis system and rules maintenance platform is designed and implemented based on the rule engineer Drools. This system is applied in the integrated network management system for Shuo-huang railway communication network. Practice results show that the diagnosis rate of this system on serious faults such as fiber cable breaks is more than 90%.
