摘　　要：研究了富马酸单甲酯对球形棕囊藻赤潮生物的抑制作用。结果表明:富马酸单甲酯可以有效延长藻细胞的生长适应期,降低生长量,缩短生长稳定期和诱导藻体细胞自溶。同时,运用量子化学原理从理论上论证了富马酸单甲酯分子控制赤潮藻类生长的作用机理。The effect of mono-methyl fumarate on the inhibition of Phaeocystis globosa was studied. The experiment results showed that mono-methyl fumarate could effectively extend the growth adaptation period of P. globosa,low the growth amount, shorten the stable growth period of P. globosa, and induce cell autolysis. Meanwhile, the feasibility and rationality of anti-microorganism for mono-methyl fumarate was demonstrated by the method of quantum chemistry calculation theoretically.
