丙泊酚复合不同药物用于无痛人流手术的麻醉

摘　　要：目的比较丙泊酚复合芬太尼和曲马多用于无痛人流手术的麻醉效果。方法人工流产术患者100例,随机分成2组,每组50例。A组:丙泊酚+芬太尼;B组:丙泊酚+曲马多,静脉给药。观察两组病人术前、术中及术毕的平均动脉压(MAP)、呼吸(R)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)及所用丙泊酚总量和清醒时间。结果A组B组麻醉后均循环呼吸抑制,术中MAP、R、HR、SpO2均较术前未用药时降低(P<0.05);A组呼吸抑制较B组明显(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚复合芬太尼和曲马多的麻醉效果均可,但芬太尼组呼吸抑制较明显。Objective To compare the effect of fentanyl and tramadol combined with propofol for painless artificial abortion in order to study the best compatibility of anesthetics. Method A total of 100 patients were divided into 2 groups,each 50. Mixture of propofol＋fentanyl was applied to patients in Group A（n= 50） , mixture of propofol＋tramadol by intravenous administration to Group B（n= 50）. MAP, R, HR and SpOt, amount of propofol and recovery time before and after operation were observed in patients of these 2 groups. Results The inhibition of respiration and circulation was obviously lower in patients of group A and B than that before anesthetic,and the inhibition of respiration was obviously higher in patients of group A （P〈0.05）. Conclusion FentanyI and tramadol combined with propofol have different characteristics, and the inhibition of respiration of Fentanyl was obviously higher than tramadol.
