摘  要:目的:研究牡丹皮有效成分丹皮酚和芍药苷配伍对大鼠血栓形成及血液流变学的影响。方法:丹皮酚和芍药苷配伍高(丹皮酚50mg/kg+芍药苷12.5mg/kg)、中(丹皮酚25mg/kg+芍药苷6.25mg/kg)、低剂量(丹皮酚12.5mg/kg+芍药苷3.125mg/kg),采用大鼠体外血栓形成方法、大鼠动静脉旁路血栓形成方法以及血液流变学测定方法,检测各项指标。结果:丹皮酚和芍药苷配伍的高、中、低剂量组均能显著抑制大鼠体外血栓以及动静脉旁路血栓的长度、湿重及干重(P<0.05或P<0.01),明显降低高、低切变率下的全血黏度(P<0.05或P<0.01),但对血浆黏度的影响,与空白对照组相比,无统计学差异。结论:丹皮酚和芍药苷配伍对大鼠血栓形成及血液流变学指标均有显著的改善作用,为其临床应用奠定了理论基础。Objective: To observe the effect effective constituent recombination of Cortex Moutan on thrombosis in virtro and haemorheology in rat. Methods: There were six groups: blangk group, aspirin group(50mg/k), crude drug (1200 mg/k), high dose group (Paeonol 100mg/kg + Paeoniflorin 25mg/kg), mid dose group (Paeonol 50mg/kg + Paeoniflorin 12.5mg/kg), low dose group (Paeonol 25mg/kg + Paeoniflorin 6.25mg/kg). The methods of thrombosis in vitro in rat, arteriovenous shut thrombosis and haemorheology were used to measure the index. Results: In high, middle, low doses groups, the legth, humid weight, dry weight of thrombosis in vitro in rat and thrombosis of arteriovenous shut reduced significantly (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01), and the blood plasma viscosity under the high and low shear rate decreased obviously(P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). But there was no statistical difference between the blank group and the high, middle, low doses groups. Conclusion: Compatibility of Paeonol and Paeoniflorin can significantly improve the thrombosis in vitro in rat and haemorheology, it provided the theory basis for the clinical application.
