摘　　要：目的:建立藕节中鞣质的含量测定方法。方法:以磷钼钨酸法作为显色方法,采用紫外-可见分光光度法进行测定。结果:全国不同地区市售样品鞣质的含量差别较大0.2537%-1.637%。结论:该法精密度、重现性良好,可作为藕节中鞣质的含量测定方法。Objective： To establish a method for the content determination of tannin in Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Methods： The content of tannin in Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis was detected by molybdophosphate colorimetric method Results： The content of tannin in Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis from different drugstores varied from 0.2537% to 1.637% Conclusion： This method was simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis.
