上海市延吉社区糖尿病中医综合干预效果的初步评价

摘　　要：目的:探索符合我国国情的社区糖尿病管理模式,提高糖尿病治疗效果。方法:将受试者随机分成2组,对照组(118例)予西医综合治疗措施;干预组(102例)在此基础上加用中药饮茶方,2个月为1个疗程。观察两组人体基本参数、血糖、中医症状及生存质量积分等变化。结果:干预后,干预组血压、血糖较干预前均有下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),与对照组比较,血糖下降有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组中医症状积分及生存质量总分均有下降,干预组下降较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:中医综合干预能够提高降糖及降压疗效,改善症状,提高生存质量。Objective： To explore the suitable management model on diabetic patients in communities and improve the effect of treatment. Methods： All subjects were randomly divided into two groups, 118 in control and 102 in treatment. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with western medicine and Chinese herb as drinking. The following items were observed： the variation of human body basic parameter, blood glucose, scores of symptoms in TCM and quality of life. Results： Blood pressure and blood glucose descended in the treatment group after intervention （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01）. The decrease of blood glucose was significantly different between two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. The scores of symptoms and quality of life declined in both group, and the treatment one declined more （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： The effect of comprehensive intervention with Chinese medicine on diabetic patients was superior to western medicine in lowering the level of blood pressure and blood glucose, releasing the symptoms and improving the quality of life.
