降低医院传染病漏报率的改进措施及效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价干预措施对降低医院传染病漏报率的效果。方法连续进行医院传染病漏报率监测,并比较采取干预措施前后医院传染病的漏报率。结果2003～2005年医院传染病漏报率平均为41.68%,2006年为0.30%;2007～2008年为0,漏报率明显降低。结论根据医院传染病漏报原因采取有效地干预措施,能有效地降低医院传染病漏报率,还能控制传染病病源引起的医院感染。Objective To evaluate the effect of interventions in reduing the rate of missing report on infectious disease. Methods The rate of missing report was monitored consecutively and compared with that before and after interventions. Results The rate of missing report in 2006 （ 0.3% ） was lower than that from 2003 - 2005 （ 41.68% ）, and 2007 - 2008, the rate of missing report on infectious disease was O. Conclusion Effective interventions can＇t only reduce the rate of missing report on infectious disease, but also can control the infectious diseases caused by pathogenic hospital infection.
