摘　　要：目的评价阿苯达唑乳剂在治疗包虫病方面的效果。方法根据Cochrane Handbook质量评价标准评价纳入文献的质量,并对纳入文献的研究结果进行对照分析。结果在治愈效果方面,阿苯达唑乳剂相对片剂要好;阿苯达唑乳剂治愈率和有效率接近外科手术。结论从循证学角度,纳入文献存在质量等级低、样本量较少等缺陷,证明阿苯达唑乳剂的临床效果评价需要更多高质量文献的支持。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of an albendazole emulsion in treating echinococcosis. Methods Cochrane Handbook items were used to evaluate the quality of the included studies. The outcomes noted in articles were compared. Results An albendazole emulsion more therapeutic than albendazole tablets and simpler than surgery. Conclusion In accordance with principles of evidence-based medicine （EBM）, the reviewed sources had defects such as low quality and small sample size, so more articles of better quality are needed to prove the effectiveness of an albendazole emulsion in the future.
