摘　　要：通过建立横轴式掘进机截割头载荷模型,编制Matlab程序,利用Matlab的gui功能,设计了截割头载荷模拟的人机界面系统,对国产某型横轴式掘进机截割岩石的载荷进行了模拟,为了解掘进机截割硬岩时截割头的载荷,转矩及功率的大小与变化、掌握掘进机对岩石的适应性、确定横轴式掘进机的截割能力提供了方便。Compile Matlab program by establish the load model of horizontal-axial-roadheader ＇s cutting head, design the man-machine interface system which the cutting head load simulated by make use of gui function of Matlab, simulated the load of one type of horizontal-axial-roadheader cutting rock which made in china, provide the convenience for learn the cutting bead＇s load when roadheader cutting hard rock,torque and the change of power and how much the power is,master the adaptability of roadheader to rock,confirm the Cutting capacity of horizontal-axial-roadheader.
