摘　　要：描述了汽车变速箱总装线的生产状况;使用了em-plant软件进行仿真,运用了装配线平衡的方法,对总装配线瓶颈工序进行研究;提出了改进方案,改进后的总装线,调整了瓶颈工序。仿真结果表明,总装线作业率有了明显提高。In this paper, a car gearbox assembly line production is descripted. The simulation is based on the software em-plant. Then it studies study the bottleneck of the total assembly line and improves the program by using the methods about assembly line balance. The bottleneck is rectified in the assembly line improved. The simulation results show that the rates of assembly-line operations have been improved.
