摘　　要：介绍了CVC轧机在北台1780热轧厂的实际应用情况。研究了北台1780热连轧CVC的辊形曲线方程,并根据磨床的实际情况对曲线方程进行变换,确定了曲线的基本参数。结合板形设定模型对同一轧制周期的不同厚度规格进行考察,结果表明:北台CVC轧机在板形控制上能够满足设定要求。The paper introduces the application of CVC rolling mill in BeiYing Iron and Steel （Group） Corporation 1780mm Hot Strip Mill. The equation of CVC curve is presented and transformed according to the practicality of grinding machine in Beitai to define the cvc parameters. Based on the shape of strip model, a rolling cycle of difference specification thickness is investigated. Results Shows that the CVC rolling mill can meet the demand of the setting-up shape model.
