摘　　要：电子病历(EMR)是信息技术和网络技术在医学领域应用的产物,是医院信息系统重要组成部分。电子病历信息系统的应用是医学领域的一场信息革命,必将提高医院信息化程度,对医疗卫生事业具有深远的意义。文章介绍了电子病历的概念、特点、发展、实施方案。EMR（Electronic Medical Record） is the inevitable product which is the organic ingredient of hospital information system following the information technology and network technology are used to medical domain. The application of EMR information system makes an information revolution in the field of medicine,and it will increase the hospital informational level inevitably.The EMR will play an important role in Health And Medical Community. This article introduces the concept,feature,development and the solution to implement the Electronic Medical Record.
