摘　　要：通过介绍IRP理论及其核心理念,结合工程项目集成化管理研究理论,提出了IRP在工程项目集成化管理中应用的基本模型框架,并指出了IRP在工程项目集成化管理中的应用前景。The IRP theory and core principles of information resource planning are introduced in this paper. Combining the research theory of integrated project management pattern, the basic model frame of IRP application in integrated project management is put forward, and the ap- plied prospect of IRP is pointed out.
