胃癌患者性激素水平测定及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌患者性激素水平变化及临床意义。方法:采用化学发光免疫分析法,测定134例胃癌患者血清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、催乳素(PRL)、黄体生成素(LH)及卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平,根据TNM分期对各期胃癌患者E2及T含量进行分析。结果:男性及女性胃癌患者E2、T含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05),女性患者E2水平较对照组下降更为明显(P<0.01);女性患者PLR水平显著性升高(P<0.01)、TNM各期胃癌患者E2、T水平变化为低分化者明显高于高分化者(P<0.01)。结论:了解胃癌患者血清性激素水平,对分析胃癌与性激素的关系有重要意义。Objective:Evaluate the level of sex hormones in gastric cancer patients.Method:Chemiluminescence immunoassay was used for detecting the level of testosterone(T),estradiol(E2),prolactin(PRL),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in 134 gastric cancer patients.According to TNM,the level of E2 and T in 134 cases of male and female patients was analyzed in different stages.Results:The contents of E2 and T in male and female gastric cancer patients were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the female's E2 was decreased even more obviously.The levels of PRL,LH,FSH in gastric cancer patients were significantly higher than control group(P>0.05).According to TNM stage,sex hormone E2,T level constantly were changed from low to high,poorly differentiated was significantly higher than well-differentiated(P<0.01).Conclusion:Sex hormone levels in gastric cancer patients' serum have significant meaning in diagnosis and treatment of illness.
