摘 要:介绍了新型往复流动加热双水箱热泵热水器的组成与工作过程,研制了试验系统,测量了系统的基本性能。试验结果表明新系统在原理上是可行的。在相同加热时间内,该系统比恒温加热型加热水量提高29%,性能系数提高19%;在相同加热水量条件下,该系统与常规变温加热型的性能系数和加热时间基本相同,但储热性能优于后者,说明水箱内部采用的浮子卷套结构减少了冷热水混合不可逆损失。New dual-tank heat pump water heater system is described. An experimental setup is developed and its performance is tested. The results show that the new system is feasible in principle. When the heating time is specified, the heated water mass is increased 29% greater than that of conventional constant-temperature heating system and COP is increased 19% higher than the later. When the heated water mass is specified, COP and the heating time of the new system are equivalent to conventional variable-temperature heating system, while the hot water storage performance is better than the later, which confirms that the floating plate with furl-canister in water tanks decreases the irriversible heat loss induced by cold/hot water mixing.
