摘　　要：提出了农民生产经营组织化的概念,分析了农户对组织化的需求,论述不同动力主体对农民生产经营组织化的作用,进而提出政府应关注和引导农民的组织化需求,搞好农民生产经营组织化的宣传和培训,规范农业产业化经营,加强农民生产经营组织纠纷仲裁工作等推进农民生产经营组织化的对策建议。图5,参6。The paper raised a concept of farmers＇ organized production and operation and analyzed farmers＇ needs of organization. The roles of different driving forces on farmers＇ organized production and operation are also discussed. On this basis, several suggestions are put forward to promote farmers＇ organized production and operation. The government should： pay attention to as well as guide farm- ers＇ needs of being organized, reinforce propaganda and training activity on farmers＇ organized production and operation ; standardize agricultural industrialization, strengthen arbitration job to resolve disputes in the field of farmers＇ organized production and operation.
