摘  要:为客观评价江苏水利现代化现状水平,经研究,提出了符合江苏实际的水利现代化评价指标体系。在此基础上,采用主成分分析法,借助SPSS分析软件,成功地从23个评价指标中提取6个主成分,并构建综合评价模型,对全省13个省辖市的水利现代化水平进行了综合评价与排序。结果表明:现状江苏各市水利现代化水平差距明显,苏南、苏中、苏北呈依次递减态势,与目前各市水利现代化建设实际进程基本相符。In order to objectively assess the level of water conservancy modernization, a special evaluation index system of water conservancy modernization, which is fit for Jiangsu Province, is put forward. With the utilization of software SPSS, 6 main components are successfully synthesized through extracting from 23 evaluation indexes and a composite assessment model for water conservancy modernization is built. With this model, a comprehensive evaluation with rank ordering is carried out for the 13 provincial cities. The results show there are obvious differences of water conservancy modernization among the cities, and the modernization levels in the southern, central and northern areas, which is in accordance with the facts of water conservancy modernization in these cities.
