摘　　要：文章通过对城市滨水住区常见的几种布局模式的分析,表明在滨水住区的建筑实践中,需要充分考虑滨水住区景观资源的稀缺性,并采取合理的布局方式,以求收到良好的经济和社会效益。Through the analysis of several common layout patterns of urban water- front living quarters, the author points out that the scarcity of landscape resources in waterfront living quarters should be well taken into account during the practice of construction and that reasonable ways economic and social benefits.
