摘　　要：改革开放以来,乡镇工业极大地推动我国经济和社会发展。然而,由于其消耗高、排污多、防治污染能力较差,给环境和资源造成了很大的压力。传统的末端治理措施解决不了实质问题,发展循环经济才是一条既能减轻乡镇工业环境污染,又能促进乡镇工业发展的可持续之路。文章在阐释循环经济内涵的基础上,深入分析了我国乡镇企业循环经济发展中存在的主要问题,提出乡镇企业发展循环经济的模式及对策措施。Since the reform and open policy the rural industry has promoted our country economy and the social development enormously. However, because it consumes high, dumps pollutants, the prevention pollution capacity to be bad many, has created the very tremendous pressure for the environment and the resources. The traditional terminal government measure could not solve the substantive problem, the development circulation economy is both can reduce the rural industry environmental pollution, and could promote the rural industry development sustainable road. The article in the explanation circulation economical connotation＇s foundation, has analyzed the subject matter which thoroughly in our country rural enterprise circulation economic development exists, proposed that the rural enterprise develops the circulation economy pattern and the countermeasure measure.
