摘　　要：本文对日本政府与企业的电动汽车发展战略与动向以及中国发展电动汽车的机遇与挑战等进行了全面分析，并提出我国发展电动汽车产业的战略思路。The paper gives a comprehensive analysis on the strategies and trends of Japanese government and enterprises to develop electric vehicles and China＇s opportunities and challenges. And a strategic thinking is proposed for development of electric vehicles industry in China.
