摘　　要：目的研究1995年与2005年广州地区心血管病患者的血脂水平在不同年份、性别、年龄段之间的差异以及十年间血脂变化情况。方法采取整群抽样与非随机抽样的方法,回顾性调查了广州地区9家三甲医院1995年和2005年心内科住院患者,将其作为研究样本(6 691例),然后对其血脂水平及分布特点进行统计学分析。结果(1)所有住院患者中三酰甘油(TG)(P=0.000)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)(P=0.000)平均水平2005年高于1995年,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)平均水平2005年低于1995年(P=0.000)。(2)1995年调查人群的血脂水平除HDL-C外均在性别上差异均无统计学意义,表现为HDL-C女性高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028);而2005年调查人群的血脂TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平在性别上的差异均有统计学意义,表现为TG男性高于女性(P=0.000),HDL-C女性高于男性(P=0.000),LDL-C女性高于男性(P=0.000),而TC无性别差异。结论广州心血管病患者血脂水平十年来发生了显著变化,1995年与2005年调查人群血脂平均水平差异有统计学意义,TG、HDL-C平均水平为2005年高于1995年,而LDL-C、TC平均水平2005年低于1995年;1995年及2005年HDL-C水平均表现为女性高于男性。Objective To study the plasma lipid levels among patients with cardiovascular diseases, and to investigate the change from 1995 to 2005 in Guangzhou. Methods According to the cluster sampling method, 6691 patients with cardiovascular disease were selected for the study from all patients admitted in the Departments of Cardiology of 9 hospitals in the Guangzhou region between 1995 and 2005. These patients were stratified according to gender and age. All the lipid data were analyzed by the Department of Statistics. Results There was significant change in average TG , TC and HDL - , LDL -C levels over the decade, and the TG, TC, HDL- C levels in 2005 were significantly higher, but the LDL- C level in 2005 was significantly lower （2） Patients in 1995 show no significant gender- related difference in average TG, TC and LDL -C levels, but in average HDL- C level, female patients showed significantly higher level. However, the average TG, HDL - C and LDL - C levels revealed significant gender - related difference in 2005, with the TG levels significantly higher in male, and the HDL - C, LDL - C levels significantly higher in female. Conclusion Plasma lipid level of patients with cardiovascular diseases in Guangzhou undergones remarkable changes during the decade from 1995 to 2005.
